The drivers listed on this page are the only drivers approved to be used with Build 3.6.0 of 3DMark03. By using the listed drivers and correct product version, you will get a valid and fully comparable 3DMark result. We will update the driver information continuously as new WHQL certified drivers are reviewed. Please note that the approved drivers listed below have been tested only with the default benchmark settings!

Note: If you are to use any Anisotropic Filtering or AntiAliasing, please set the driver settings to "Application" and use the AF and AA settings from within 3DMark.

Reviewed and Approved AMD (ATI) Drivers

We have inspected all offical AMD (ATI) WHQL drivers through October 1st, 2010. Listed below are the latest official drivers that have been approved for 3DMark03 Build 3.6.0 usage:

Notes: The AMD (ATI) Catalyst 3.9 - 10.7 Drivers have been tested with the HD5x00, HD 4x00, HD 3x00, X2x00, X1x00, X8x0 , 9x00 and 8x00 Series and comply with Futuremark's Guidelines as indicated above. Microsoft no longer accepts certification submissions for the WinME operating system.

Reviewed and Approved Matrox Parhelia Drivers

We have inspected all offical Matrox WHQL drivers through December 9th, 2003. Listed below are the latest official drivers that have been approved for 3DMark03 Build 3.6.0 usage:

Notes: The Matrox 1.04.02.007 Drivers have been tested with the Parhelia series. There are no WHQL Win9x or WinME drivers available.

We have inspected all offical NVIDIA WHQL drivers through June 30th, 2010. Listed below are the latest official drivers that have been approved for 3DMark03 Build 3.6.0 usage:

Notes: The NVIDA Forceware 175.16 Drivers have been tested with the GeForce6, GeForce7 and GeForce8 Series and comply with Futuremark's Guidelines. The NVIDIA ForceWare 52.16 Drivers have been tested with the GeForce3 series, GeForce4 series and the GeForceFX series and comply with Futuremark's Guidelines. The NVIDIA Forceware 197.13 Drivers have been tested with the GeForce GTX, 9 and 8 series and comply with Futuremark's Driver Guidelines. The NVIDIA Forceware 197.55 Drivers have been tested with the GeForce GTX 4xx series and comply with Futuremark's Driver Guidelines.

The Forceware 52.16-91.47 drivers have a generic optimization which only affects the Pixel Shader 2.0 feature test. While the optimization is not 3DMark specific, it is against Futuremark's driver optimization guidelines, thus making the PS2.0 feature test score solely comparable between NVIDIA cards.

We have inspected all offical SiS Xabre WHQL drivers through December 9th, 2003. Listed below are the latest official drivers that have been approved for 3DMark03 Build 3.6.0 usage:

Xabre Series:
 Xabre 3.10 Drivers - WinXP/Win2000/WinME

NotesThe SiS Xabre 3.10 Drivers have been tested with the Xabre series. The resulting image is not comparable to the Reference Rasterizer, but the drivers seem to follow the Optimization Guidelines.
